message is going to the Board of Directors, Past International Presidents,
Past International Directors, current district governors, lieutenant
governors of marketing and education/training, division governors,
and past district governors for the last 5 years.

know, the Board has been working for some time on a project to reshape the
governance processes and structures at the international, regional, and
district levels. The attached document describes in some detail not just
the concepts under consideration, but the rationale and thinking behind the
concepts.
